Duties & Responsibilities
- Update employee database on regular basis in SAP on the HCM module.
- Supervise employee welfare services including provision of education grants, scholarships, burial charges, medical facilities to employees and dependents
- Deal with the nomination of legal counsels, update of master legal register and representation in courts on behalf of PTCL.
- Nominate employees for pieces of training according to the requirement of field units and the schedule of the training wing.
- Prepare yearly building maintenance plan including feasibility reports for co-locations, electrical works of buildings & tender process.
- Allocate residential accommodations to employees as per their entitlement.
- Update data of Regional vehicles/motorcycles/bicycles as well as supervise the vehicle pool.
- Oversee HR matters including Discipline, Seniority, Retirement, Pension, Up-gradation, Re-designation & Resignation / Termination cases.
- Ensure implementation of any HR restructuring initiatives from HQ.
- Oversee industrial relations at the regional level.
- Process recruitment & onboarding cases at the regional level
- Ensure HRBP Service Delivery
- Execution of all Projects/Initiatives in Coordination with HQ
- Responsible for all employees benefits in the region
- To ensure the Implementation of the HRBP Model in the Region
